Frequently Asked Questions

1.         "How do I get a photo or artwork to you?"  Easy! Simply email you file to us at: jamie@precisionlaserexpressions.com.  Please use one of the following file formats.  Remember. Black and white original images work best. TIFF, GIF, BMP, CorelDraw, BobCad or AutoCad, Windows metafile.

2.         "Can you engrave on items I already own?"  Yes, we can! However we do so at your own risk.  While we strive to have the utmost professionalism, we are only human and mistakes can be made and we cannot guarantee engravability of items we do not sell. Glass or crystal items also have the rare chance of cracking. Please keep in mind that these are RARE occasions and we do everything in our power to make you a satisfied customer.

3.         "When will I get my order?"  Most orders can be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days in some cases, 48 hours. Embroidery items, in 7-10 days. However, due to the nature of some items or availability during peak times of the year, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.  We will confirm the order along with an expected delivery date

4.         "What if I need it FAST?"  Please let us know of your needs and we will do all we can to accommodate your order.

5.         "What if I'm not sure the best way to layout my product?" No worries! Our professional artists will tastefully and meaningfully arrange your item for the best view. Just let us know you want the engraver to layout the design on your order form.

6.         "Is it safe to order online?"  Yes! Our customers can feel secure ordering online. We use TermNet Merchant Services for secure processing of credit cards. Your personal information is held by TermNet online security services and not shared with outside sources. 

7.         "What if something goes wrong?"  We pride ourselves on customer service. If it goes wrong, we will fix it!  See our return Policies.

8.         "How big of an item can you engrave on?"  Our machine has a table size of  24" x 18" x 11" deep.  However, we have from time to time engraved on larger items, such as cabinet door glass, rough log bench tops, etc. If you have a doubt, just ask! We will try our best to accommodate you.

9.         "Are your products returnable?" Due to the personal nature of our items returns are not accepted. However, we do stand behind our products and do accept refunds based on manufacturer defects.  Please insure your shipment for damages caused by delivery personnel. 

10.       "What can you engrave on?"  Just about anything is engravable! Leather, glass/crystal, stainless steel, chrome and other metals,  brass, plastics, marble, stone, acrylic, wood, rubber, Corian, ceramic tile, and so much more!
