Return Policy and Terms

Refund and Return Policy:
Because of the personalized nature of the products we sell, errors on our part are replaced immediately at no cost to you. Errors on your part, however, are not returnable, so please check your order carefully. Since each item is custom manufactured/engraved using your photographs or images, and/or online inputs, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement.  Personalized items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced with an identical item only once the original item has been returned.  We do not accept returns due to silver allergies.  Please follow the return instructions below.

Instructions for Returns

1.  Contact Customer Service at jamie@precisionlaserexpressions.com or toll free at 866.413.6865.

2.  Provide us with your name, order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return.

3.  We will issue a return authorization number.  Include this number with your return and write this number on the outside of your package.  Any package sent back without this return number clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be accepted. 

Returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of return authorization approval and it must be received in its original condition.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed returns.  Please make sure to package your return securely and properly. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.

Note:  A 50% restocking fee will apply to any returns that do not comply with these guidelines.

In the case of “non image” goods or “non engraved” items, we will accept returns providing the goods are returned to us in it original packaging and in resalable condition. 

All return shipments are at the customer’s expense and are expected within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to reject returns should our inspection of the returned goods indicate abuse or misuse. In any case, we reserve the right to replace or refund the sale at our discretion.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. Once an order has started processing, it cannot be stopped.

Order Acceptance:
Orders can be made on this website or by calling our office, and are to be pre-paid via TermNet Merchant Services. We do not accept orders from outside the US at this time. Invalid or incomplete credit card information will result in cancellation of the order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time. WE CAN ENGRAVE ON YOUR ITEMS ONLY AT YOUR OWN RISK! 

Sales Tax:
Orders received from locations inside the State of Indiana are subject to local sales tax rate of 7%.  

Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground (includes up to $100 in free insurance) or USPS Priority Mail,

insurance optional. We accept no liability for damage to goods by the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect your purchase when it arrives, and to file any necessary claims for damage.  While we will exercise due care in the packaging of your shipment, we do not accept liability for late or damaged shipments.  If your order is “critical”, please call us at 866.413.6865 to discuss shipping and/or insurance arrangements.

Copyrights:
We do not accept responsibility for copyright violations, which may arise from your submission of copyrighted materials or images. Such copyrights may include those held by professional photographers, artists, etc. It is your responsibility to receive the necessary authorizations for the use of materials protected by copyrights.  

Delivery/Shop Load:
While we carry many items in stock and can be shipped within 3-5 business days, non-stock items will require a 1 week delivery, plus engraving time. Embroidry items usually ship in 7-10 business days. Holidays could require additional time due to our workload. Glassware/stemware require a three week lead time, so get your orders in early! If time is an issue, please call us for our current lead time/shop load information. Thank you!
